Your role:

Our clients are looking to hire a Logistics Coordinator to support their fast growing sales team. You will be responsible for handling all post sales initiatives ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders including internal departments and customers

Your responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls and resolving any client escalations;
  • Perform data entry for import and export documentation;
  • Liaise with different departments internally and externally;
  • Ensure shipment paperwork is compliant with our policies;
  • Collaborate with different carriers to resolve any logistical issues;
  • Help organize the filing.

What should you have to be a successful candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a logistics / transportation position
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Well organized, ability to prioritize, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of logistics / transportation industry an asset, but not required
